MHI’s founder and visionary is known for the successful integration of a workplace mental health peer program at National Defence in 2003. His leadership through a 2 year secondment at the Mental Health Commission of Canada resulted in the creation of a Standard of Practice for peer support which is now the centre of gravity for the non-profit charitable organization Peer Support Accreditation and Certification (Canada).
Since its creation, MHI has brought together a unique team of innovators in the field of workplace mental health.
