Barbara brings over 30 years of experience in administrative management, accounting and project management in support of the success of the MHI team. Her outgoing personality and high level of professionalism in all areas of the back office allows for MHIs operations to run smoothly and efficiently. She is a resourceful self-starter with exceptional customer service skills.
Considered an expert in the field of virtual office management, Barbara has been a guest speaker for RBC’s International Women’s Day celebrations and a guest lecturer at University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management. She has been a teacher with the Virtual Assistant Training Program, as well as an instructor for Algonquin College’s inaugural Virtual Assistant Certificate Program.
