
Marie-Josée is a specialized consultant in human resources mobilization and psychological health in the workplace.
She has over 17 years’ worldwide experience as a production –operation management and as a consultant in the municipal, consulting engineering, banking, insurance, security systems, aeronautics, public transportation, procurement, food, logging, and construction sectors.
Since 2010, Marie-Josée is pursuing the goal of helping managers, employees and union representatives reduce their stress in face of having to “do more with less” to ensure their own and the organizations sustainability.
Using different approaches in consulting, management and emotional intelligence, Marie-Josée is able to rapidly pinpoint the issues at play and therefore implement solutions that are adapted to each specific situation.
In order to achieve her goal, she established in August 2014, Management and Innovation, Psychological Health at Work Inc. – offering services and programs that enable organizations to meet and or implement the National standard for psychological health and safety in the workplace.
She was invited in 2015 by ‘Le Journal les Affaires’ to be part of a panel of specialists on the subject of well-being in the workplace.
