Kim Sunderland provides implementation support and advisory services to Mental Health Innovations’ clients.
Her experience includes developing the National Standards of Practice for Peer Support for PSAC (Canada), consulting to organizations that are implementing a workplace peer support program, and assisting in the creation of the Final Report of the Global Business and Economic Roundtable on Addiction and Mental Health.
Prior to working in the field of workplace mental health, Kim was an education consultant providing skills training seminars. She also co-founded and was general manager of a reputable systems company managing implementation projects in corporate and mid-market client sites.
Kim’s consulting business, Healthy Brains – Healthy Business, is focused on the protection and promotion of mental health in the workplace recognizing the value to both the business and the individual. Working to advance the recognition and accessibility of peer support fits perfectly with this mission.
